Please carry out the following steps to submit the camera-ready paper and online registration:
1. Register online at https://stai2026.estindiafoundation.org/page/registration-fee. Click the “Click Here to Register” link, available on the registration page. You will be forwarded to Research and Innovation Services (https://rniservices.in/Registration) website for the payment of the registration fee. Please select the Conference (STAI 2026 | 2nd International Conference on Smart Technology and Artificial Intelligence) and proceed to payment after filling in the required details.
2. After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice attached to that Email. Please check your different Email folders if it is not in your primary inbox. This completes the fee payment.
3. Convert your paper in a Springer template using the following template:
4. Go to the link https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/STAI2026 for camera-ready paper submission.
5. Upload the following files:
a. PDF of the revised paper.
b. Source files (word or all latex files).
c. Reviewers’ comments response.
d. Payment proof (invoice).
Please note that the Last date for submission of the camera-ready paper, payment of the registration fee, and online registration is March 25, 2026.
